This download includes a bell chart for verses 1 and 2.  Note that there are two different versions, one for the studio version sheet music and one for the primary version sheet music.  They are mostly the same, but there is one bell note that had to be changed to accommodate the different accompaniments.  Make sure you are using the right one.
