Writing songs for youth makes you dig deep into your faith and put words on how you truly feel about Jesus Christ. It can feel heavy at times--especially when it starts to feel like you are LIVING the words of the song. We all feel like the adversary works extra hard on us while we are in the middle of these projects, but just as the words say: I know He's moving mountains making ways in front of me and every shadow shows me just how much I need Him (<-- my two favorite lines in the song.)
